One is for Art & Craft vendors, and one is for our Powhatan Chamber members who want to be a vendor in our Chamber Section of the festival. This application is for non-Chamber members who wish to be in the Arts & Crafts section of the Festival. Please note NO advertising booths will be permitted in this section.
